The Minister of Defense of the Syrian Interim Government, Hasan El Hamada, signaled an operation against the terrorist organization PKK/YPG, which continues to exist in eastern Syria.

"PKK IS A POISONOUS DAGGER ON THE BACK OF THE SYRIAN REVOLUTION"

Hamada stated in a post on his social media account, "The terrorist PKK party has been a poisonous dagger on the back of the Syrian revolution in recent years, and today it is also a dagger for Syria. There are widespread public demands for the liberation from the terrorist PKK party, which has been raised in Assad's school of crime, in the eastern provinces of Syria."
