Aladağ, who fled the scene, later went to a hairdresser's shop located on Cemil Meriç Street in Avcılar. As a result of the suspect opening fire with a gun here, Mehmet Salih Özsökük, who worked at the hairdresser, lost his life.

In the incident, sister Buket Aladağ, the suspect's wife S.A., and a person named Gökhan Soylu at the hairdresser were injured. It was reported that the condition of the injured taken to the hospital was serious.

After the incident, Bahtiyar Aladağ also shot his cousin Şadan Serdar Buke on 853 Street in Esenyurt Fatih Neighborhood.
