A detention order was issued for 20 people, including Zeynep Kerimoğlu, the former daughter-in-law of Muhittin Böcek, with 17 individuals being detained. It is reported that among those detained are municipal officials and businesspeople.

WHAT HAD HAPPENED?
In the "bribery" investigation initiated by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek and his former daughter-in-law Zeynep Kerimoğlu had been detained, while his suspect son Gökhan Böcek was determined to be abroad.
Muhittin Böcek, who was referred to the courthouse, was arrested on July 5, while his former daughter-in-law Kerimoğlu was released under judicial control with a travel ban. Following the decision, Böcek was suspended from his duties.
In the continuation of the investigation, Serkan Temuçin, the Deputy Secretary General of the Metropolitan Municipality, and Tuncay Kaya, who worked as a director in the city aesthetics department, were arrested for the crime of "bribery," while IT support employee Halil K. was released under judicial control and house arrest.
Zuhal Böcek, the daughter-in-law of Böcek, who returned from abroad on July 27, was detained on the charge of "money laundering from crime" and was arrested on July 31.
G.T., who is alleged to have met with Zuhal Böcek upon her return from abroad, was also arrested on August 2 for the charges of "hiding and altering evidence of a crime."
Muhittin Böcek's son Gökhan Böcek was arrested on August 20.
