Berk Atan, who gained the love of millions with the show Gönül Dağı broadcasted on TRT 1, was involved in a traffic accident last week in the Sivrihisar district of Eskişehir. The famous actor, who was injured when the vehicle he was in overturned into a ditch, was taken under treatment at Eskişehir City Hospital. Immediately after the accident, the medical teams that arrived at the scene provided first aid to Berk Atan. The actor, who was pulled out of the vehicle that rolled into the ditch, was urgently taken to the hospital. Following this development, which worried his fans, a new statement came from Atan.
UNDER TREATMENT
Shortly after, Atan made a statement on his social media account, providing information about his health status, saying, "There are 6 fractures and fragmentation in the cartilage." The actor's statement highlighted the seriousness of the accident he experienced, while messages of get well soon from his fans came pouring in. It was learned that Berk Atan, whose treatment continues in the hospital, is in stable condition, but it is still unclear how long it will take for him to recover.
"I WILL BE IN THE HOSPITAL FOR AT LEAST A WEEK"
Berk Atan, who is receiving treatment in the hospital, used the following expressions in his statement on social media: "Currently, there are 6 visible fractures in my right rib and fragmentation in the cartilage. This morning, a drain was placed to intervene in case of bleeding and lung collapse due to the fracture pieces penetrating the lung. We are going through a difficult process, but despite everything, thank God. It seems that we will have at least a week of hospital stay. I am grateful to everyone who has not withheld their prayers and good wishes, and to those who called and inquired; may God bless you a thousand times. I sincerely thank the Eskişehir Governor, the Provincial Health Director, and the valuable healthcare workers of Eskişehir City Hospital for their interest and support from the very first moment."
