SHOCKED TO SEE THE MONKEY IN FRONT OF HIM
Nizamettin Yiğit, who went to the forested area in the Çamlık region of Pamukkale district to search for morel mushrooms, experienced great astonishment when he encountered the monkey. Yiğit immediately reported the situation to the Nature Conservation and National Parks (DKMP) teams and made efforts to keep the animal in sight until the teams arrived.
FED THE MONKEY
Thinking that the monkey might be hungry, Yiğit fed the animal with the bagel he had with him, both entertaining and feeding it. The communication established by the citizen with the monkey in a short time and the recording of those moments drew attention.
THE ESCAPED MONKEY IS BEING SEARCHED FOR
The teams that arrived in the area made efforts for a long time to catch the monkey but were unsuccessful. It was learned that efforts to capture the escaped monkey are ongoing.
