In Şanlıurfa, two children aged 17 and 15 lost their lives, and two people were injured in a collision between two cars.
In a traffic accident where two cars collided in Şanlıurfa, 2 children lost their lives and 2 people were injured.
The accident occurred at the 25th kilometer of the Şanlıurfa-Akçakale highway in the evening hours. The car with license plate 06 CEV 415, driven by Ahmet Ç., collided with the car with license plate 34 PB 9140, driven by Mehmet Can U.
INJURED TRAPPED IN VEHICLES RESCUED
Following the accident, numerous firefighting and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters rescued 4 injured individuals trapped in the vehicles and handed them over to medical teams.
TWO CHILDREN DIED IN HOSPITAL
The injured were taken to Şanlıurfa Training and Research Hospital after initial intervention. Among the injured under treatment, Abdülhamit Günyar (17) and Ömer Faruk Çubuk (15) could not be saved despite all efforts. The bodies of the deceased children were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for autopsy.
