METAL FOUND IN CHICKEN MEAT
In a statement from the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service, it was noted that chicken meat belonging to Hormel Foods, sent to hotels, restaurants, and institutions, has been recalled. It was shared that the reason for the recall of more than 2,000 tons of chicken meat was the detection of metal in some chicken products from the company during inspections.
It was recorded that the recall covers meat sold between February 10 and September 19.
