It was alleged that in the recordings, Ercan Deniz used phrases like "I will shoot you. I will shoot you in front of everyone. You have a week!"
It was noted that Ercan Deniz possessed both licensed and unlicensed firearms and had been making threats continuously for the past year, emphasizing that the clients and their families are in life-threatening danger. The petition stated that Ercan Deniz's anger has been increasing day by day, and there are concerns that the situation could turn into a serious tragedy. The continuation of the complaint mentioned that Ercan Deniz insulted and used foul language towards his brother Özcan Deniz.
AN INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN INITIATED
It was stated that in the audio recordings containing threats and insults from Ercan Deniz, phrases like "Let my child's child be a... whore, I will shoot you" were used, and following the complaint, an investigation was initiated against Ercan Deniz by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
