Özgür Özel's brother protests against the water price increase by the CHP municipality: Is this how you will govern Izmir?

A 45% increase was made in water and wastewater tariffs in Izmir, except for the consumption between 0-4 cubic meters, by making adjustments.

OUTRAGE AGAINST WATER PRICE INCREASE IN IZMIR

Barış Özel, the brother of Özgür Özel, strongly criticized the 45% increase in water and wastewater tariffs in Izmir and the management style of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Cemil Tugay.

"HIGHER INCREASE THAN ELECTRICITY PRICE INCREASE AFTER ELECTIONS"

In his post, Özel used the following statements; "While a discount was promised for water in Izmir as an election pledge, a higher increase than the electricity price increase is being made after the elections. A multiple increase in Turkey's most expensive water. Is this how you will govern Izmir? It's a shame for this people!"

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel recently stated about his brother Barış Özel, "I'm saying this for the first time here. My brother Barış Özel has been unemployed since the Justice March. He asked for permission from the bank he worked for the justice march. Despite having 60 days of leave, they didn't give it to him. So he started his own justice march and quit his job. He has been unemployed since the justice march because of what he did. Don't we know that we can get him a job at Istanbul Municipality, Ankara Municipality? If he finds a job, he will find it himself. He will never be favored just because his brother is the leader of the main opposition party."
