In Bursa, young people who did not heed the police team's 'stop' warning led the officers on a chase. After fleeing for about 10 kilometers, the four friends engaged in a negotiation over their crimes when it turned out they were driving without a license. Those moments were captured on camera. The incident occurred around 11:00 PM. While the teams were patrolling in the 23 April neighborhood of Bursa's Nilüfer district, they attempted to stop a vehicle they found suspicious. However, instead of complying with the officers' 'stop' warning, the driver accelerated, leading to a chase.
THEY NEGOTIATED THEIR CRIMES WHEN CAUGHT
After a chase lasting about 10 kilometers, the driver, who entered a dead-end street, was removed from the vehicle by the police teams. With the arrival of the traffic teams, the young people, who were negotiating their crimes, claimed that their friend was driving the vehicle. When the traffic teams arrived, the vehicle was handed over to the driver's father, the owner of the license, while a total administrative fine of 40,000 lira was imposed on the driver and the vehicle owner.
