President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, speaking at the Expanded Provincial Chairmen's Meeting held at the AK Party Congress Center, expressed his condolences regarding the Libyan delegation's plane that crashed in Ankara, saying, "On behalf of my country and my nation, I extend my condolences to the brotherly people of Libya. A thorough investigation has been initiated regarding this tragic incident that deeply saddens us. Information regarding the details will be provided by our relevant ministries."

"NECESSARY INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN INITIATED"
I wish the Expanded Provincial Chairmen Meeting of the AK Party brings good fortune. I am proud to host you at the last meeting of 2025. I send my regards to all my road and cause friends from here. I thank you for your efforts on the path of service.
I pray for the souls of the Libyan delegation and the aircraft crew who were martyred in the plane crash while traveling from Ankara to Tripoli. I extend my condolences on behalf of my country and my nation. The necessary investigation has been initiated.
I congratulate our esteemed nation on the three holy months. I give endless thanks to Allah. May we reach the Sultan of the 11 months, Ramadan, if Allah wills.
"WE WILL EXPLAIN TO OUR PEOPLE WITH GRACE WHERE WE HAVE BROUGHT TURKEY IN 23 YEARS"
It is quite normal for our youth not to remember the old Turkey. We should not be surprised that the memories of the unstable periods without any actions have been erased due to the 23 years of action storm. It is our duty to explain our policy of achievements to the nation. We will explain to our people with grace where we have brought Turkey in 23 years.
Our concern is to address the entire Turkey, to embrace all of Turkey, and to reach out to all 86 million. We are the government of 86 million. For this, we will be in awe of reaching every individual of 86 million without regard to ethnic origin, religion, language, or sect.
"OUR PRIORITY IS TO WIN THE HEARTS OF OUR CITIZENS"
I have prepared a detailed program for our organization for the winter season. During this period, we will again come together with our nation through field studies, house visits, home conversations, coffeehouse meetings, and visits to tradesmen.
We will spend this period fully. Let them deal with their own troubles; we will be concerned with the troubles of our nation.
This is our duty. It is a requirement of our responsibility to our nation. Reaching every street and household, regardless of who they voted for, is the duty of the AK Party.
Arrogance, pride, boasting, and walking stiffly in the streets and markets are character weaknesses that do not suit anyone who walks alongside Tayyip Erdoğan under this roof. Those who take a stance against the nation have shown disrespect to us. Our priority is to win the hearts of our citizens.
"ISRAEL IS CAUSING DIFFICULTIES AND OBSTACLES"
In this season of solidarity, we will not neglect the oppressed, especially our brothers in Gaza. Even if a ceasefire has been established, problems continue in the settlements that Israel has turned into rubble. With the increase in cold weather and the onset of rain, the burden on the people of Gaza has increased even more. According to the agreement, 600 trucks were supposed to enter Gaza daily. Israel continuously creates difficulties and obstacles in such a humanitarian issue.
The people of Gaza need medicine, food, clothing, and fuel. Gaza needs hope, solidarity, and spiritual support. Therefore, we will pray a lot. We will not stop there; we will increase our aid to Palestine during the blessed three months. We will never leave Gaza alone."
