The Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) resumed its work today after a two-and-a-half-month break. TBMM President Numan Kurtulmuş hosted a reception at the Assembly to mark the opening of the 4th Legislative Year of the 28th Term. A leaders' summit also took place during the reception, which was attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. GNAT President Numan Kurtulmuş held a reception in the Assembly for the opening of the 4th Legislative Year of the 28th Term. A leaders' summit also took place in the Marble Hall next to the Ceremony Hall, attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Erdoğan met here with GNAT President Kurtulmuş, Vice President Yılmaz, MHP Chairman Bahçeli, GNAT Deputy Speakers Pervin Buldan and Celal Adan, AK Party Group Chairman Abdullah Güler, Co-Chairs of the DEM Party Bakırhan and Hatimoğulları, DEVA Party Chairman Babacan, Future Party Chairman Davutoğlu, Felicity Party Chairman Arıkan, New Welfare Party Chairman Erbakan, HÜDA PAR Chairman Yapıcıoğlu, BBP Chairman Destici, former GNAT Presidents Bülent Arınç and İsmail Kahraman, and several members of parliament.

The most striking moment of the summit was when President Erdoğan, Ahmet Davutoğlu, and Ali Babacan were seen together after years. It was also noted that alongside Davutoğlu and Babacan, Co-Chairs of the DEM Party Tuncer Bakırhan and Tülay Hatimoğulları were seated next to Erdoğan.
