Presidential Chief Advisor Saral congratulated Karaismailoğlu, who punched the DEM Party deputy, for his strong stance.

The General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, chaired by Deputy Speaker Bekir Bozdağ, witnessed a fistfight among the members of parliament following the insults of DEM Party member Ali Bozan. It was seen that Bozan fell to the ground and AK Party Trabzon Deputy Adil Karaismailoğlu punched him during the scuffle.

The images of Karaismailoğlu punching and kicking caused controversy in the public, and a notable figure expressed support for the AK Party deputy.

SUPPORT FROM SARAL TO KARAİSMAİLOĞLU

Oktay Saral, the Chief Presidential Advisor, shared a post saying, "I wholeheartedly congratulate our former Minister of Transport and Infrastructure and AK Party Trabzon Deputy Adil Karaismailoğlu for responding to Ali Bozan, a member of the terrorist nest DEM, with the treatment he deserves. Well done for your strong stance, well done."

WHAT HAPPENED?

During the General Assembly of the Parliament, while discussing the group proposal of the Good Party, Ali Bozan, speaking on behalf of the DEM Party, used the following statements from the podium; "The subject of the proposal is taxes, the agenda of the Parliament is taxes. The last time I came to this podium, I applauded the AK Party benches for what they did, but don't get your hopes up, I won't applaud you this time. Because even if we explain, describe, and boo, you don't understand, and you don't feel ashamed when it comes to a certain point. Our subject is taxes, the money you steal from the pockets of retirees... Imagine, you are a retiree whose salary is taken away, and someone comes from behind and steals your salary. In such a situation, what would you do? You would shout 'there's a thief, there's a thief,' you would go to the police and file a complaint. You would sue this thief. AK Party does this every month thanks to TURKSTAT. They steal from the pockets of workers, civil servants, and retirees regularly every month. The voice of the worker, the civil servant is not heard. On behalf of the citizen whose salary is stolen from their pockets, I want to shout out; there's a thief, there's a thief, there's a thief. AK Party is stealing, AK Party is stealing."

AK Party deputies responded to Bozan's words first with "Look in the mirror" and then with "You are also rude and immoral." Bozan also said, "You are also rude and immoral. Come up here once, I say 'you are thieves,' say 'we are not thieves.' You are incapable of expressing yourselves. That's why your mouth smells like filth." Later, AK Party Trabzon Deputy Adil Karaismailoğlu walked towards Bozan and slapped the DEM Party deputy.
