Russian President Vladimir Putin stated, "We have no intention of attacking anyone. Claims regarding Russia's intention to attack Europe are either a provocation or a misunderstanding."
While the war between Russia and Ukraine continues, Russian President Vladimir Putin, who is on an official visit to China, made striking statements regarding the agenda.
"CLAIMS THAT WE WILL ATTACK EUROPE ARE UNTRUE"
Putin stated that Moscow has never opposed Ukraine's membership in the European Union, and he said that claims about Russia attacking Europe do not reflect the truth.
"WE HAVE NO OTHER GOAL THAN TO PROTECT OUR INTERESTS"
Meeting with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, Putin said, "Western countries and NATO member states are trying to seize the region in the post-Soviet era. Russia has no other goal than to protect its own interests."
Denying claims that Russia would attack another country, Putin also stated, "Claims that Russia wants to launch an attack on Europe are either a provocation or incompetence."
