Putin: Russia wants to end the conflict in Ukraine.

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated, "We are not opposed to Slovakia hosting ceasefire negotiations with Ukraine. Russia aims to end the conflict in Ukraine."

Russian President Vladimir Putin made an important statement regarding the ceasefire to be held with Ukraine. Putin said he is not opposed to negotiations and stated, "We are not against Slovakia hosting the ceasefire talks." He also added that Russia aims to end the conflicts in Ukraine.

Russian leader Putin spoke to reporters after the EAEU Eurasian Economic Council meeting. Putin commented on the news regarding the plans of elected U.S. President Donald Trump to freeze the conflict, stating, "Russia wants to end the conflict on Ukrainian territory."

"HONEY CAN BE DRUNK FROM HIS MOUTH"

In his statement, Putin noted:

"There is a common saying among the people, 'honey can be drunk from his mouth.' We are also striving for the conflict in Ukraine to end by 2025.

"IF NECESSARY, WE CAN USE OREŞNİK AGAIN"

Putin stated that Russia could use Oreşnik again if necessary, but emphasized that there is no rush for this. In his speech, Putin said, "If necessary and if we see that stronger medium-range weapons need to be used, of course, we will use them, but we are not in a hurry."
