Due to the landslide caused by the heavy rain in the Seben district of Bolu, the Bolu-Seben highway has been closed to traffic. Teams have started cleaning work on the road.
After the heavy rainfall in the Seben district of Bolu, the landslide that occurred caused the highway connecting the center to the district to be closed to traffic. Teams have started working to clear the pile of stones and soil that flowed from the slope onto the road.
A landslide occurred in the Korucuk village area of the Bolu-Seben highway due to the heavy rain. The pile of stones and soil that broke off from the slope flowed onto the road.
ROAD CLOSED TO TRAFFIC
Due to the landslide, the highway connecting Bolu center and Seben district is closed to traffic. The Provincial Special Administration teams are continuing their efforts to open the road.
In a statement made by the Bolu Governorship regarding the landslide, it was stated, "A landslide occurred in the Korucuk village area between the 14th and 26th kilometers of the Bolu-Seben provincial road, which is located within the borders of Seben district, due to excessive rainfall. The mentioned road has been closed to traffic in both directions due to the landslide, and necessary safety and security measures have been taken by the Provincial Gendarmerie Command's law enforcement and traffic teams. Efforts to reopen the road that was closed due to the landslide are ongoing continuously with the collaboration of the Seben District Special Administration and the Highway teams."
