In the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes Investigation Bureau, a detention order was issued for 6 suspects on charges of "possessing drugs or stimulants for personal use," "facilitating drug use," "encouraging someone to engage in prostitution, facilitating the way for it, or mediating for prostitution or providing a place for it," and "providing a place and means for gambling."
In this context, an operation was carried out by the Narcotic Crimes Combat Branch Directorate and the Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams. During the operation, Oktay Kaynarca, Emel Müftüoğlu, Neda Şahin, Ali Sert, Rabia Karataş, and Selen Çetinkaya were detained. The suspects were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution (ATK) after undergoing a health check at the hospital.
