Nihat Özbağı, the former vice president of Fenerbahçe, made striking statements about the ongoing stadium project. Özbağı said, "Ali Koç's stadium project actually belongs to Aziz Yıldırım. This stadium project was our project. They asked Aziz Yıldırım for the project. President Aziz was very upset during this process. He entrusted the project, but things did not go as he expected."
Former Fenerbahçe vice president Nihat Özbağı was a guest of journalist İsmail Küçükkaya on Halk TV screens. Nihat Özbağı made striking statements.
Nihat Özbağı stated that the stadium project presented to the media by Ali Koç is actually Aziz Yıldırım's project, and that former president Yıldırım experienced great sadness when handing over the project.

Özbağı noted that Fenerbahçe's hopes for the championship continue, saying, "Fenerbahçe's chance for the championship continues."
"AN EXTRAORDINARY CONGRESS MAY BE CONSIDERED"
Speaking about the congress claims, Özbağı said, "If there is pressure from the fans, an extraordinary congress may be considered. There is no such environment right now. If a congress is held, presidential candidates will emerge, and then it will be the right timing. This is my personal opinion. I don't know what Aziz Yıldırım thinks." he stated.
"THE STADIUM PROJECT WAS AZIZ YILDIRIM'S PROJECT"
Nihat Özbağı also made striking statements about the stadium project that is on the agenda. Stating that the project was prepared during Aziz Yıldırım's term, Özbağı said, "This stadium project was our project. They asked for the project from Aziz Yıldırım. If we had won the congress, we would have built the stadium out of our own pockets. The current management presented the stadium as if they built it themselves. However, the project completely belongs to Aziz Yıldırım." he expressed.
"AZIZ YILDIRIM WAS VERY SAD"
Özbağı also mentioned that Aziz Yıldırım experienced great sadness when handing over the project, saying, "President Aziz was very sad during this process. He entrusted the project, but what happened was not as he expected." he concluded.
