In a statement regarding the issue, the company denied the allegations, stating, "We kindly ask you not to give credence to baseless news aimed at damaging our brand reputation."

Sarar Group, with its 80-year history, is one of the significant organizations in Anatolia that continues to produce in Turkey today, operating in tourism, real estate, and energy sectors, with factories located in Eskişehir.

The claims that profit shares and peace rights were not granted are completely unfounded, and all board members and shareholders are subject to the same conditions.
