Within the framework of the "Anatolian Meetings," Fatih Erbakan, the leader of the New Welfare Party, who came to Sakarya, faced a reaction from a retired citizen who said, "I do not forgive you, you supported Erdoğan." Erbakan responded to the citizen, saying, "It would have been worse if the CHP had come; we will come, and hopefully, things will get better."

Fatih Erbakan, the Chairman of the New Welfare Party, came to Sakarya as part of the 'Anatolian Meetings'. First, Erbakan visited the Atatürk Industrial Site located in the Erenler district, where he met with local tradespeople. Later, he visited his party's stand at Gar Square and met with tradespeople and citizens in the center of Adapazarı.

In addition to Erbakan, the party's central headquarters delegation, deputy chairpersons, MKYK members, and organization members also spread across all districts of the city to meet with citizens. Before the program, Erbakan made a statement at the Atatürk Industrial Site, saying, "Today, as the New Welfare Party in Sakarya, we will carry out our 'Anatolian Meetings' program together with our people in the field. We are conducting our meeting program with our tradespeople, citizens, and non-governmental organizations in all districts of Sakarya."

Meanwhile, during his visits in the center of Adapazarı, a retired citizen reacted to Erbakan. The citizen expressed his discontent by saying, "I do not forgive you, you supported Erdoğan." Erbakan responded to the citizen, saying, "It would have been worse if CHP had come; we will come, and it will get better, God willing."
