FROM THE INDICTMENT

In the indictment prepared by the Cyber Crimes Investigation Bureau of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office; it is claimed that Saran and some suspects made illegal betting advertisements during football matches broadcasted on the "S SPORT" internet broadcasting platform operated by Saran Internet Television Broadcasting Inc., and they are requested to be punished with imprisonment from 1 to 3 years and a judicial fine of up to 3,000 days for the crime of "encouraging individuals to place advertisements and in other ways to engage in fixed-odds or pool betting or games of chance based on sports competitions."
