HE HAD BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED IN A CAR ACCIDENT
Born in 1990, Prince Al-Waleed was involved in a car accident in 2005 while studying at the Military Academy, which resulted in severe brain damage and led him to fall into a coma.
HE WAS SEEN MOVING HIS FINGERS
In some videos that circulated on social media in 2019 and 2020, Prince Al-Waleed was seen slightly moving his fingers, which became a source of hope for his family and loved ones. In the footage, his father, Prince Khalid bin Talal, was notably heard saying, "Thank God."
