It has been revealed that 26-year-old Savaş Güzel, whose family reported him missing in Kars, fell to his death in the elevator shaft of the Probation Office while he was there to sign.
In Kars, Savaş Güzel lost his life after falling into the elevator shaft of the directorate he went to for his probation signature process. His family had not heard from him for two days.
BODY FOUND IN THE ELEVATOR SHAFT OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE
The Güzel family, living in Kars, reported that Savaş Güzel had been missing for 2 days. While the security forces were working to find Savaş Güzel, information came in today around 16:00 that a body was found in the elevator shaft of the Kars Probation Directorate building located on Davut Aksu Street in the central Mahalle.
Upon the notification of the duty officer to the 112 Emergency Call Center, health, AFAD, and fire teams were dispatched to the building where the Kars Probation Directorate is located. The deceased person was retrieved with the efforts of the teams.
MISSING FOR 2 DAYS
After the examinations conducted by the duty prosecutor at the scene, it was determined that the person found dead in the elevator shaft was Savaş Güzel. Savaş Güzel's body was taken to the Harakani State Hospital morgue for autopsy procedures. His relatives, who came to the scene upon receiving the sad news, were overwhelmed with tears.
It is being considered that Savaş Güzel, who had a probation decision for the crime of injury, fell into the shaft when the door opened while he was coming for his routine signature process and wanted to take the elevator on the 5th floor. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
