HE COULDN'T REMEMBER THE PHONE PASSWORD

In response to the judge's question, "Do you remember your phone password?" defendant Serdar Öktem replied, "I do not remember my phone password." Ateş's lawyer asked, "If you had remembered the password, would you have given it? The phones of 21 out of 22 defendants were examined, Öktem's was not. If he had remembered, would he have given the password?" Öktem answered this question, "I would not have given it under Article 36 of the Attorneyship Law."
