The General Directorate of the Mint and Stamp Printing House, affiliated with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, has reissued coins that have not been in circulation for a while. A total of 240,000 one kuruş coins, 180,000 five kuruş coins, and 360,000 ten kuruş coins were minted. Thus, in September, the total amount of small change coins reached 54 million 210 thousand lira.

The Mint, which is affiliated with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, has reissued coins that have not been released into circulation for a while due to a lack of production.

The General Directorate of the Mint has produced and reintroduced small change coins, commonly known as loose change, which had not been minted for 8 months. A total of 240,000 pieces of 1 kuruş, 180,000 pieces of 5 kuruş, and 360,000 pieces of 10 kuruş were minted.

Claims in some publications that "50 kuruş will not be minted due to increased costs" have been denied by sources. According to the Mint's data, 990,000 pieces of 50 kuruş were minted in September. Thus, in September, a total of 54 million 210 thousand lira worth of small change coins were minted.
