POSITIVE START AND SIGNATURE
Reçber praised his initial meetings with the club, saying, "I heard tremendous things in the description. The approach was wonderful, the tone was wonderful. I truly encountered a corporate team that exceeded my expectations. The questions, answers, and expectations were excellent." He also stated that they agreed on financial terms and signed the contract.
REASONS FOR THE DECISION TO LEAVE
Reçber reported that a detailed meeting about the club's operations was held after the signatures, and he mentioned that the working model presented there did not align with his principles. In the meeting, it was stated that he would work in coordination with academy director Sertaç Hoca, scouting team director Adar Çetinok, and football branch officials Baran Durmaz and Nedim Şimşek, and that transfer decisions would proceed through this structure. Reçber noted that the method of "You will submit it to this side, they evaluate it, and we will evaluate it again" was not suitable for him.

"This method frankly did not suit me. So, without causing any trouble, I wanted to leave before starting the job and taking on any responsibility," said Reçber, emphasizing that he preferred to leave early to avoid issues in player negotiations.
"I NEVER DISCUSSED MONEY"
Reçber also responded to allegations on social media, saying, "While at Amedspor, I never discussed 1 TL, 1 Euro, or 1 Dollar of money with any player or agent. I did not talk about money with anyone." He also stated that he did not disclose his departure during Besnik Hasi's appointment process and remained silent to avoid harming the agreement.
