The Social Security Institution announced that the payment deadline for debts due today has been extended until April 8 due to delays in accessing certain services within the Financial Automation System infrastructure.
The Social Security Institution (SGK) announced that the payment deadline for debts due today has been extended until April 7, 2026, at 23:59.
In a statement from SGK, it was noted that delays in accessing some services occurred due to updates made in the Financial Automation System (MOSIP) infrastructure where the Institution's accounting operations are conducted.
“WILL BE CONSIDERED AS MADE WITHIN THE LEGAL PERIOD”
The statement included the following expressions: "Due to the delays that occurred, the payment period for the insurance premium debts of workplaces employing insured persons under the first paragraph (a) and (c) of Article 4 of Law No. 5510, the insured persons under the first paragraph (b) of Article 4, other insured persons, and general health insurance holders, as well as the restructuring/installment/Article 6183-48 installment debts, other types of debts, and debts incurred under Law No. 5510 and related laws (including those made under Law No. 3201) and debts under revival, with a payment deadline of March 31, 2026, has been extended until April 7, 2026, at 23:59, and payments made until this date will be considered as made within the legal period.
It is important to pay the relevant debts by the specified date in order to continue benefiting from insurance premium incentives and supports, to avoid late fees and interest due to unpaid premiums, and to ensure that restructuring payment plans are not violated."
