Ali Rıza Turan, a person from Kocaeli, rebelled due to being constantly summoned to the police station for questioning on the grounds that he had made 20 people members of a political party without their consent. Ali Rıza Turan, a 40-year-old resident of Gebze, was summoned to the police station a few months ago with a phone call from the police. Here, Turan was informed that he was accused of making approximately 20 people members of a political party without their consent, and that citizens who learned about this situation had also filed complaints against him. Ali Rıza Turan, who is accused of making many citizens from various provinces, including Bolu and Amasya, members of the party without their consent, was shocked by this situation. "THE SYSTEM WAS HACKED"Ali Rıza Turan, who contacted party officials, was told that the system had been hacked and that the party had no connection to the incident. Due to this situation, Turan, who was victimized, filed a complaint against the party in question through his lawyer, but a decision of non-prosecution was made. "I HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH THIS PARTY"Ali Rıza Turan, who stated that he has no connection with the party, said, "I have no connection with this party, neither directly nor indirectly. They have made someone a member of this party using my identity information. Because of this, I receive notifications from many provinces in Turkey. I have to leave my work and go to the police station to give statements. Despite my complaint to the prosecutor's office regarding this matter, the prosecutor's office dropped the case on the grounds that there was no basis for prosecution. They are still calling me to the police station to give statements." LEARNED WHEN POLICE PERSONNEL CALLEDTuran stated that he learned about the existing complaints through a phone call from the Bolu Provincial Police Department, saying, "An officer from the Bolu Police Department called me and said there was a complaint against me. When I asked what the complaint was about, they said they could not provide information. 'A notification will come to the law enforcement agencies in your province and district, and you can go and give your statement,' they said. About 15 days later, they called me from the police station and summoned me to give a statement. I gave my statement. I stated that I had no connection with the political party and that I was complaining about the individuals involved. I had already submitted my complaint petition to the prosecutor's office. I want justice," he said.
