In the video shared by Özcan, he exposed a citizen who was sitting in a car and smoking, capturing the moment when a woman threw her cigarette butt on the ground.

Sharing those moments, Özcan stated, "Sister, please don't do that. We are serious with you; we said we won't compromise on cleanliness. Look, you got fined. Isn't it a shame for your budget? Isn't it a shame for our beautiful Bolu? I never thought you would do that. But a rule is a rule; you won't be excused anymore!"
