A terrible accident in Tekirdağ: 3 people from the same family lost their lives.

According to the information obtained, the accident occurred at night in the Çorlu Heavy Maintenance Lights area. The car with license plate 41 VV 964, driven by F.A. (37), collided with the vehicle with license plate 39 DK 850, driven by Çetin Karakuş (60). Due to the severity of the collision, the vehicle driven by Karakuş was turned into scrap.

THE CONDITION OF THE INJURED BABY IS CRITICAL

In the accident, Çetin Karakuş, along with Çiğdem Karakuş (53) and Çisem Meriç (30), who were in the same vehicle, lost their lives at the scene. A baby in the car was seriously injured. The injured baby was taken to Çorlu State Hospital for treatment by the medical teams who arrived at the scene upon notification. After treatment there, the baby was transferred to Tekirdağ City Hospital, where it was learned that the baby's condition was critical.

THE DRIVER INVOLVED IN THE ACCIDENT HAS BEEN DETAINED

The other driver involved in the accident, F.A., was detained by the police teams. Traffic teams that arrived at the scene after the accident closed the road to traffic and took security measures. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
