In Bolu, a jeep carrying three people who set out to go hunting went out of control and rolled down a 15-meter cliff. In the accident, Emre Yaman and his girlfriend Ceyda Öztürk, who were in the vehicle, lost their lives, while the driver Enes Yaman was taken to the hospital injured. An investigation into the accident has been initiated by gendarmerie teams.
Two people died and one was injured when the jeep carrying three people who set out to go hunting in Bolu rolled down a 15-meter cliff.
The accident occurred on the road to Çaygökpınar village. According to the information obtained, the jeep with license plate 14 EB 755, driven by Enes Yaman (25), went out of control while traveling to hunt in a forested area and rolled down approximately 15 meters into a cliff.
YOUNG COUPLE DIED AT THE SCENE
Upon notification by those who witnessed the accident, gendarmerie, fire brigade, and medical teams were dispatched to the area. During the medical teams' checks, it was determined that Emre Yaman (20), a passenger in the vehicle, and his girlfriend Ceyda Öztürk (20) died at the scene.
DRIVER SURVIVED INJURED
Enes Yaman, who was driving the vehicle and is learned to be the brother of the deceased Emre Yaman, survived the accident with injuries. The driver, who received first aid at the scene, was taken to İzzet Baysal Training and Research Hospital by ambulance for treatment.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED
The bodies of Emre Yaman and Ceyda Öztürk, who lost their lives, were taken to the hospital morgue after the prosecutor's office investigation at the scene. Gendarmerie teams have launched a comprehensive investigation into the cause of the accident.
