A chilling incident occurred last night at a market on 1064 Street in the Aşağıpazarcı neighborhood of Manavgat district in Antalya. A dispute broke out between the shop owner's son, H.K., and a customer, Hasan Şimşek (19), for unknown reasons.
THE YOUNG MAN KILLED WITH A GUN As the argument escalated, H.K. shot Şimşek with a gun. Upon notification, a large number of police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The medical team confirmed that Hasan Şimşek had lost his life.
Slain Hasan Şimşek FOUND TO BE 3.87 PROMILLE ALCOHOLIC The suspect H.K. was taken into custody by the police. During the check, it was determined that H.K. had a blood alcohol level of 3.87 promille.
MOTHER AND FATHER FAINTED The mother, father, and relatives who arrived at the scene were deeply saddened by the news of Şimşek's death. The mother fainted, while the father also became unwell during the identification of his son. Hasan Şimşek's parents were taken to the hospital after intervention in the ambulance.
