Bank officials emphasized that a limited number of cases mentioned in the posts have been thoroughly investigated and that customers need to be cautious against such attacks. The bank reported that claims of a security breach or data leak in its systems are unfounded, stating, "All of the limited number of cases were meticulously examined by our bank at the time they occurred, and it was found that these incidents were carried out using social engineering methods. • Only download applications from trusted sources in app stores to prevent the installation of applications that could jeopardize the security of mobile devices,
• Never share personal mobile banking application passwords with anyone during phone calls,
• Avoid entering sensitive personal information and passwords on external websites and/or fake advertisements.
