In the autopsy of 35-year-old Bahar Taş, who came to the Milas district of Muğla to travel with her friends and died on the rented boat, it was determined that the cause of death was carbon monoxide poisoning. Following the incident, the person responsible for the maintenance of the boat, who is said to be its owner, was taken into custody by gendarmerie teams.

DIED ON A CHARTERED BOAT
Bahar Taş, who lived in the Çeştepe neighborhood of Aydın's Efeler district, went to Muğla's Milas district to tour with her friends on February 7. Allegedly, the group of friends spent the night on the boat named 'Adas' that they had rented. On February 8, around 2:30 PM, her friends noticed that Taş was motionless in the cabin and reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
Upon the notification, gendarmerie and Coast Guard teams were dispatched to the area. During the teams' inspection, it was determined that Bahar Taş had lost her life. Taş's lifeless body was taken to the Muğla Forensic Medicine Institution's morgue for the cause of death to be determined. After the autopsy procedures, Taş was buried in the Çeştepe Cemetery in Aydın's Efeler district.
POISONED BY CARBON MONOXIDE
According to the Forensic Medicine Report following the autopsy, it was stated that Taş lost her life due to carbon monoxide gas poisoning. Savaş E., who was said to be responsible for the maintenance of the boat and was identified as the boat owner, was taken into custody in Aydın by the Milas District Gendarmerie Command teams. After being brought to Milas, the suspect was referred to the courthouse following the procedures. It was noted that an expert examination on the boat was still ongoing.
