The interrogation of the 22 suspects who were referred to the courthouse in the morning hours in the investigation of Narin's murder in Diyarbakır has been completed. 9 people, including mother Yüksel Güran and brother Enes Güran, were sent to court with a request for arrest. 13 people, including Narin's father Arif Güran, were released.

MOTHER ACCUSED OF FORBIDDEN LOVE

It was learned that mother Yüksel Güran, who gave a statement at the prosecutor's office, said "I don't suspect anyone related to the murder". The most striking detail in the statement was Yüksel Güran saying that she didn't suspect her imprisoned uncle Salim Güran, but when asked about his last words, she said "I don't know why Salim hurt my daughter, I don't know why Salim did such a thing to us". Mother Güran answered many questions directed at her with "I don't know, I have no idea, I didn't see". Mother Yüksel Güran was also asked if she had a forbidden love affair with her uncle Salim Güran. Denying the allegations, mother Güran said "Absolutely not. I am ashamed of these allegations. Whoever killed Narin, may God punish them". When asked if Narin was killed because she saw her and her uncle, she said "No, absolutely not". It was also learned that the prosecutor asked mother Yüksel Güran if she had a romantic relationship with her uncle Salim Güran before marriage, to which she answered "No". Furthermore, it was noteworthy that mother Güran answered some questions with "I was sleeping, I don't know".

STATEMENT OF BROTHER ENES GÜRAN REVEALED

Among the suspects whose interrogations were completed at the prosecutor's office, Enes Güran, the brother, was sent to court with a request for arrest for participating in the crime of intentional homicide. Enes Güran, who was previously detained and released due to the bite mark on his arm, made striking allegations during his interrogation at the prosecutor's office.

"NEVZAT WOULD DO THIS FOR MONEY"

When asked about Bahtiyar's statement "Salim Güran killed Narin, he gave her to me and I hid her", Enes Güran said, "If my brother left Narin in the place mentioned in that way, I think he could only do it by offering money to Nevzat under threat. Nevzat is economically weak and timid. If he was offered money in such an incident, he could do it for money. He might have done it out of fear because he doesn't have much power in the village and, as I said, he has a timid personality. Or if someone from Nevzat Bahtiyar's own family harmed Narin, he might have done it to hide it."

"WE HAVE NO HOSTILITY WITH ANYONE IN THE VILLAGE"

In his statement, Enes Güran said: I didn't hear anything from anyone during the search operations. I loved Narin very much, if someone had done something to her and I had seen it, I would definitely tell. We have no hostility with anyone. In 2023, there was a money dispute between my father and my uncle Salim Güran. I didn't hear anything suspicious about this incident from anyone before or after the search operations. I loved my sister Narin very much. If someone had done something to her or if I had seen it, I would definitely tell. As a family, we have no reason to do such an action against my sister in the village. I don't understand who did this and why.
