In the Seydişehir district of Konya, 46-year-old Mustafa H. shot 32-year-old Emre Tepeci in the head during a wild boar hunt. While Tepeci died at the scene, Mustafa H. and Mustafa K. were taken into custody.
In the tragic incident that occurred at night in Yaylacık Neighborhood, affiliated with Nilüfer district of Bursa, a young man lost his life while trying to drive away wild boars in the field.
SHOT WHILE LOOKING OUT THE VEHICLE WINDOW
According to the information obtained, the incident took place around 02:30 in the Yazı area. Upon learning that a herd of wild boars had entered their fields, Emre Tepeci, along with his friends Mustafa H. and Mustafa K., got into a pickup truck and headed to the area.
When they reached the field, Mustafa H. fired a shotgun from the truck bed to drive away the herd of wild boars. At that moment, Emre Tepeci, who was sitting in the driver's seat of the vehicle and had his head out the window, was struck by the pellets from his friend's shotgun. Tepeci, severely injured in the head, remained covered in blood inside the vehicle.
DIED AT THE SCENE
Upon the report, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the area in a short time. In the checks made by the medical personnel, it was determined that the driver Emre Tepeci had lost his life at the scene. Tepeci's lifeless body was taken to the morgue after the examinations.
TWO FRIENDS DETAINED
Following the incident, the gendarmerie teams, shaken by the sad news, detained Mustafa H., who fired the gun, and his other friend Mustafa K., who was in the truck bed at the time of the incident. While the procedures of the suspects at the police station continue, a comprehensive investigation into the incident is ongoing.
