In the case regarding the stabbing murder of Mattia Ahmet Miguzzi in Kadıköy, the report requested from the Forensic Medicine Institution for age determination of one of the defendants has reached the court. The report states that the defendant U.B. has no hospital records, that his birth was registered based on his father's declaration, and that his bone age has been determined to be 16.

For the age determination conducted at Kayseri City Training and Research Hospital, it was found that U.B.'s left hand, wrist, and one-directional X-ray indicated a bone age older than 15, while the left shoulder's one-directional X-ray indicated a bone age younger than 17. According to the Forensic Medicine Institution report, it was stated that U.B. showed development consistent with his birth record, having turned 15 on the date of the incident and being within 16 years old.
