FLAMES SPREAD TO THE BRIDGE

The fire broke out in a wooden pergola under the footing of the suspension pedestrian bridge in Central Park, located in the Reşatbey neighborhood of Seyhan district, which connects the Seyhan and Yüreğir districts. The flames, which started for an undetermined reason, quickly engulfed the pergola and then spread to the wooden section of the bridge.

FIREFIGHTERS BROUGHT THE FLAMES UNDER CONTROL

As the fire grew, police and firefighting teams were dispatched to the area. With the intervention of the teams, the flames were brought under control and extinguished.
