Cem Bahadır and Mine Bahadır, the owners of one of Turkey's leading construction companies, became embroiled in legal issues after they dismissed workers employed on a project in Qatar without compensation. Lawyers and police arrived at the Sadıkoğlu mansion, which the couple purchased for 35 million dollars in previous years, to initiate seizure proceedings.
In January 2020, the couple Mine and Cem Bahadır, who purchased the Sadıkoğlu mansion from businessman Emin Hitay for 35 million dollars, became subject to enforcement proceedings.
THEY DID NOT PAY THE COMPENSATION OF THE WORKERS
It has been learned that the couple laid off the workers they employed in the construction project of Al Udeid Air Base in Doha, Qatar. The couple, who did not pay the severance payments to the laid-off workers, faced a seizure of their mansion. According to the news by Oğuzhan Uysal from Sabah, the couple came face to face with enforcement officers due to complaints against them.
THE MANSION WILL BE SEIZED
The 6th Enforcement Court of Bakırköy decided to enforce the seizure of the Sadıkoğlu mansion. The lawyer of the workers and the police went to the Sadıkoğlu mansion to initiate the seizure process. The mansion, which was left to Mine Bahadır as a custodian, will be seized in exchange for the workers' receivables.
