A businessman, Z.E., was shot by his driver in Ankara. While the injured businessman was taken to the hospital by ambulance, the assailant claimed in his initial statement that he was set up by his boss to establish a company, that the company went bankrupt, and that the debts were not paid.

The incident occurred in the morning hours on Cevizlidere Street in the Çankaya district. A dispute broke out between businessman Z.E., who is engaged in construction work, and his driver Z.Ş. in the SUV with the license plate 06 EZD 779. As the argument escalated, Z.Ş. fired at his boss Z.E. with the gun he had with him.
HE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL BY AMBULANCE
Upon being notified by the surrounding people, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Z.E., who was shot in the leg, was taken to the hospital by ambulance after the first intervention. The police cordoned off the SUV where the incident took place and conducted an investigation. The suspect Z.Ş., who fled the scene after the incident, was quickly apprehended by the police with the weapon used in the crime.
HIS FIRST STATEMENT EMERGED
In his first statement, Z.Ş., who was taken into custody, claimed that a company was established on his behalf by his boss, that the company went bankrupt, and that the debts were not paid. The suspect stated that they had a dispute with his boss for this reason, which led to the incident. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
