The cabinet is meeting on critical issues! Here is the most important agenda item on the table.

In the Cabinet meeting chaired by President Erdoğan at Beştepe, the main agenda item will be the terrorist attack on the TUSAŞ facilities in Ankara. In addition to the steps to be taken in the fight against inflation, the newborn gang scandal and Israel's ongoing attacks in the Middle East will also be discussed in the Cabinet.

MAIN AGENDA ITEM IN THE CABINET: THE TERRORIST ATTACK ON TUSAŞ

The Cabinet will convene at Beştepe under the chairmanship of President Erdoğan. The hot topic of the meeting will be the attack carried out by PKK terrorists on the TUSAŞ facilities in the Kahramankazan district of Ankara. The current status of the investigation launched after the attack, including how the terrorists entered Turkey, whether they obtained their weapons and ammunition within the country, and whether they received support from a terrorist network, will be addressed in the Cabinet meeting. Additionally, measures to increase the protection level of critical defense industry facilities like TUSAŞ will also be discussed.

Following the treacherous attack, the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) and the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) struck terrorist targets in northern Iraq and Syria. While many terrorists were neutralized in the attacks, the strategic structures of the PKK/YPG were also destroyed. It is expected that information will be provided to Cabinet members about these operations during the meeting.

NEWBORN GANG SCANDAL

Another important agenda item for the Cabinet will be the newborn gang scandal. New measures to be taken against private hospitals and inspection steps will be discussed in the Cabinet. Additionally, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's counterfeit and adulteration inspections across the country will also be evaluated in the Cabinet.

DEVELOPMENTS IN THE ECONOMY WILL BE DISCUSSED

The Cabinet meeting will allocate significant time to the economy. Measures to be taken to achieve the targeted inflation rate of around 40% by the end of the year will be addressed in the Cabinet. In addition to increasing the purchasing power of low-income individuals, discussions are also expected regarding the new period raise for the minimum wage.

ISRAEL'S ONGOING ATTACKS

On the other hand, Israel's attacks on Gaza, which have been ongoing for over a year, and the diplomatic steps that can be taken to improve the humanitarian situation in the region will be evaluated in the Cabinet. Measures to be taken against the risks posed by Israel's aggressive actions spreading in the region will also be on the agenda.
