İbrahim Anıl Taşdemir, President of the Entrepreneur and Managers Association, expressed that entrepreneurship plays a critical role in economic growth and job creation. The panel discussed the entrepreneurship ecosystem and the transformation of the business world in two separate sessions. In the first session, under the title "Winners and Losers of Technology," the topics of digitalization and transformation in the business world were debated. Prof. Dr. Ece Baban moderated the panel. Alper Kocadağ, Founding Consultant of Brandefence, Haluk Arslantaş, Founder of Remy Global, and Oktay Yılmaz, Chairman of Acun Media Group, addressed the impact of technology on sectoral change.

In the second session, titled "From Idea to Impact: The Journey of Entrepreneurship," the path to success in the business world was discussed. Fatih Karabiber, Chairman of Endeks Bilişim, pointed out that the path to success is laid during school years and emphasized the value of remaining a student due to the importance of education. Burak Pamir, Director of Samsung SSD, mentioned that hard work alone is not enough to be a good manager; being a trustworthy person is also essential.
