GUNFIRE OPENED AT MINIBUS, 3 KILLED
The incident occurred yesterday evening in the Konaç neighborhood of the district. Gunfire was opened at a minibus with license plate 49 ABK 705 driven by Mustafa Kada. Those inside the minibus returned fire, leading to an armed confrontation. Upon reports from bystanders, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Investigations by the teams determined that the vehicle's driver Mustafa Kada, his brother Osman Kada beside him, and Veysi Yeşiltepe lost their lives.
ARMED CLASH BEFORE PEACE DINNER
It was learned that there was a feud between the Kada and Yeşiltepe families stemming from a dispute during the land and mukhtar elections period, and with the intervention of local notables, the parties were planned to come together at a peace dinner tomorrow. However, one day before the peace dinner, M.Y. went to the Konaç neighborhood with his brother Veysi Yeşiltepe, and upon arriving at the point where the Kada brothers Mustafa and Osman, who worked with a service minibus, were located, the Yeşiltepe brothers opened fire with weapons they brought, and the other side returned fire. It was reported that Osman Kada, Mustafa Kada, and Veysi Yeşiltepe died at the scene. Seeing his brother shot, M.Y. fled the scene, while the deceased were laid to rest. The investigation into the incident continues.
