INTERNATIONAL COALITION WILL PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE AGREEMENTPresident Biden also indicated that an international coalition led by the US and France would provide support for the implementation of the ceasefire agreement. BIDEN'S STATEMENT ON TURKEYFurthermore, Biden stated, "We will ensure that this agreement is clearly implemented. If Hezbollah violates the agreement, Israel will be free to take action. The people of Gaza have experienced hell. Many civilians have suffered, and Hamas has refused to agree to a ceasefire. The only option for Hamas is to release the hostages. We will continue our efforts for a ceasefire together with Turkey, Egypt, and Qatar. I have worked for a future where Palestinians have their own state." 5,000 TO 10,000 LEBANESE SOLDIERS WILL BE DEPLOYEDAccording to reports before the announcement of the ceasefire coming into effect, between 5,000 and 10,000 Lebanese soldiers will be deployed to the area from the Israel-Lebanon border, where the Israeli army and Hezbollah have withdrawn, to the Litani River. In accordance with the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701, the Lebanese government will oversee the sale of arms to Lebanon or the production of arms within Lebanon to prevent the rearmament of the mentioned groups in Lebanon. Furthermore, according to another report in the media, "The US has made a commitment that was not included in the agreement text, granting Israel the right to retaliate if Hezbollah is found to have violated the agreement."
