Due to the strong winds and adverse weather conditions affecting Istanbul during the night, some planes attempting to land at Istanbul and Sabiha Gökçen Airports had to circle in the air. Meanwhile, as a result of the southerly winds, a wooden building that was sealed off in Beyoğlu for being at risk partially collapsed, and in Kağıthane, a flying roof caused damage to vehicles due to the wind's impact.
