A COMMENT CONDEMNING THE KILLER WAS MADE
According to a report in Sabah newspaper, 16-year-old high school student U.A.Y. saw a news article about Ahmet Minguzzi. He made a comment condemning the killer under the news he saw on social media. What happened next was unexpected. A group that saw this comment began to threaten high school student U.A.Y. on social media. They then found his phone number and started sending threatening messages.
THEY CALLED HIM TO THE PARK AND BEAT HIM
According to allegations, the gang did not stop there and called the high school student last Saturday, asking him to come to a park near his home in Sancaktepe. U.A.Y., who went to the park, was taken by surprise. A group jumped on him and beat him. U.A.Y., who was taken to the hospital by health teams that arrived at the scene upon notification, was reported to be in good health.
THE YOUNG MAN'S STATEMENT WAS TAKEN
Following the family's complaint, police teams initiated an investigation and took the statement of the 16-year-old. In his statement, U.A.Y. said that he was threatened due to a comment he made on TikTok regarding Minguzzi's murder and that he was reached through a phone number, and that he was beaten later that evening.
THEY WERE ARRESTED AND SENT TO JAIL
As a result of the investigations, 7 suspects involved in the incident were taken into custody. It was learned that all 7 suspects were under 18 years of age and they were arrested by the court and sent to jail.
