Speaking about the process of leaving Fenerbahçe, the Brazilian midfielder revealed that he received an offer from Turkey after saying goodbye to the yellow-navy team, stating, "At that time, I received a very interesting offer from Chinese football. It was an opportunity for a significant financial leap, so I evaluated my options and decided to pursue that path. Later, I received some offers from Turkey, but the negotiations did not progress to the point of agreement."
