When we went outside, the excavator had crushed 4 vehicles. We immediately jumped into the road, tried to stop the construction vehicle, but it didn’t stop. We don’t know if it was done intentionally or unintentionally. It tried to stop, but at that moment, it was dealing with something with its hands. I don’t know if it was distracted, but it fled with the excavator. The vehicles were damaged. There were 3 people on the excavator, and it didn’t stop at all; if it wasn’t done unintentionally, they would have stopped," he said.
