Hakan Balı, who claimed that famous actress Elçin Sangu was renovating her villa in Beykoz, filed a lawsuit alleging that he could not collect his receivable of 92,000 TL. While the construction worker's statements made headlines in the gossip news, Sangu stated in her statement that the payments were documented and that expert reports also supported them.
Famous actor Elçin Sangu's renovation work at his villa in Beykoz was carried out by Hakan Balı, who claimed he could not collect the 92 thousand lira he was owed and filed a lawsuit.
According to Balı, the process began in April 2021 when an agreement was made for the exterior and garden arrangement work of Sangu's house. It is alleged that some people who had previously worked on the project left the job halfway, and Balı got involved in the project through architect Fırat Işık. Stating that they worked on many items from landscaping to drainage, and from liquid to ceramic works, Balı said they worked on-site for about 7 months with 6 workers.
"HE DID NOT PAY MY 92 THOUSAND TL DEBT"
Balı claimed that various disputes arose as the work was nearing completion. He stated that the person he identified as Sangu's boyfriend made accusations against him, and after this tension, he decided to quit the job, saying he left the project in October 2021 and that his 92 thousand TL debt was also unpaid.

It is alleged that after he communicated his intention to file a lawsuit, 21 thousand TL was sent to Balı's account. Balı stated that he returned this payment after consulting with his lawyer and thought it was an indication of the existence of the debt. On the other hand, Balı noted that the other party claimed to have done incomplete and faulty work and that he did not accept this situation.
RESPONSE FROM ELÇİN SANGU
Following the allegations, Sangu made a statement regarding the issue. In a statement made on his social media account, Sangu included some documents and used the following expressions: "Again this morning we continued our opposition stone throwing game, today's lucky one is me:)) 1) Payments are documented below 2) The results and opinions of the expert committee are below 3) Our own police request is below (because I request this for security reasons as this man has 13 criminal records) I cannot share the criminal record here, but we have the document. There are many more things, so the issue is being seen in court. I am not writing it here. I know that the issue is not really about making news, so I do not mind, but I can sense the fear of a tabloid woman who will lose the case from the way she makes news. Especially if something she is very afraid of being heard is heard, I wonder what she will do;)"
