Trump reacted strongly to Time magazine's cover titled "Victory in the Middle East" following his Middle East tour. Describing the cover as "weird" and "the worst of all time," Trump stated that the photo ruined his hair and that there was an object on his head that looked like a small crown.
US President Donald Trump reacted strongly after completing his Middle East tour and returning to his country, as Time magazine featured him on the cover with the headline "Victory in the Middle East." Trump stated that the photo used in the magazine "ruined his hair" and that there was "a strange object that looked like a small crown on his head."
"WHAT ARE THEY DOING, WHY ARE THEY DOING IT?"
In a statement on his Truth Social account, Trump expressed his reaction with the words, "Really strange! I've never liked photos taken from below, but this photo is incredibly bad. What are they doing, why are they doing it?"
"MAYBE THE WORST COVER OF ALL TIME"
In his post, Trump described the photo in question as "maybe the worst cover of all time." Nevertheless, he stated that the article in Time magazine was "relatively well written" about him.
The article in the magazine emphasized that the Trump administration led the process of achieving a ceasefire in Gaza, which could be "the signature success of Trump's second term" and a strategic turning point for the Middle East.
MIDDLE EAST TOUR
The publication of the Time cover on the day Trump landed in Israel drew attention. Trump met with the families of hostages released in Israel and then moved to Egypt after his speech in the Knesset.
At the summit held in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, the aim was to support a permanent ceasefire in Gaza, end the war, and create a long-term plan for the reconstruction of Palestinian territories.
